We Make House CallsWe do most our work here in the shop, but we also make house calls when the need arises. We've gone to homes to set up computers, get wireless printers working, to remove viruses and malware, etc.
We also serve businesses. For example, we helped a restaurant get their point of sale system back up. And just recently we installed hundreds of feet of network cable in a downtown business.
If you need some on-site computer help, give us a call.

Latest Custom BuildsAs you know (or should know), we like to build custom computers. We just built this one for a software developer (the computer wasn't complete at the time the picture was taken):
We also just built a custom gaming computer, but unfortunately I forgot to take a picture. I'm kicking myself because it had a really cool case.
Anyway, if you've been wanting to design a computer to fit your specific needs, give us a call.

Microsoft Is Not Calling YouRecently, several of our customers have fallen victim to a scam involving a phone call purportedly from Microsoft. The caller tells the victim that their computer is infected with viruses and needs to be cleaned. The victim allows the scammer to remotely access their computer in the guise of fixing it, but in reality the scammer installs malicious software to steal personal information and passwords.
To top it off, the victim is charged for the privilege of having their computer hacked!
Folks, if you get such a call, just hang up. Resist any high-pressure sales tactics. And under no circumstances should you grant an untrusted person remote access to your computer.
If you're worried about possible viruses or malware on your computer, bring it to us to have it scanned.

Hidden Danger In Your Computer?Excessive heat can damage the sensitive electronics in your computer. Computers have fans to cool things down, but over time dust accumulates and reduces the flow of air, causing temperatures to rise.
Here's the inside of a computer a customer brought in recently:
Wow, that's a lot of dust! Here it is after we cleaned it up:
Keeping your computer dust-free is good preventive maintenance. Bring your computer (desktop or laptop) to us and we'll blow out the dust at no charge.
